Individual appraisal interviews are held on a yearly basis, with a view to:
- Fixing objectives for the coming year,
- Evaluating how successfully objectives have been achieved over the past year,
- Assessing vocational skills and qualities,
- Listening to its employees’ hopes with regard to their professional advancement – mobility, training, development, etc.
Such assessments form the basis of career management of all DLM employees, and enable the company to propose fresh development opportunities.
