Piping

Piping

DLM implements fluid-transfer projects for all types of industrial installations.

DLM operates in the Energy, Oil and Gas, Chemical, and Nuclear sectors.

Its products are submitted to such classic tests as performance self-monitoring and gamma graphic.

DLM teams enjoy very considerble mobility, enabling them to operate thoughout the Kingdom as well as abroad.

Steels utilized include lightly alloyed carbon seels (P11, P21), as well as stanless varieties.

Boilermaking

Boilermaking

In the field fo boilermaking, DLM manufactures parts of all shapes and sizes. Diagrams are designed and plans of parts drawn up either by DLM's Research Department or by offices attached to instructing parties.

Boilermaking in the workshop involves marking out, die trimming, shaping and assembly of sheet metal, tubes and metal sections as required by the plans.

DLM then assembles the item, using appropriate welding techniques and procedures. (Flying electrodes, semi-automatic, MIG, MAG, TIG or automatic under fow). Boilermaking requires die-cutting and assembly technology that calls for sound knowledge of metals and compliance with safety standards. Steels usually in use are:

  • Carbon-manganese steel (P355, P295, P265)
  • High-elastic-limit (HEL) steel (P460, S500, S690)
  • HIC-resistant steel
  • Stainless steel (304, 316, 904, 309, 310, ZeCor)
