DLM's industrial tool is of advanced technical design so ensuring its edge over the competition.
Cutting benches are used for cutting sheets. DLM has 3 benches, the latest installed in 2007. It is 40 meters long and integrates the most modern functionalities.
Oxy-cutting machine CNC SAFMATIC DIGISAF-HPL
Double gantry cutting machine :
- 1 bi-plasma cutter and marker gantry,
- 1 oxyacetylene gantry ( 4 automatic blowtorches) and 1 micro-plasma marker
Each gantry is fitted with a CNC type HPC DIGISAF-common bench of 40 meters over 3.5 m, with cutting capacity of 300 mm in carbon steel and 50 mm in stainless steel of high quality cut.
