Every year, in step with its continuing development, DLM offers a range of recruitment opportunities to juniors, seniors and experts.

Through such recruitment drives, DLM hopes to attract specialized skills and talents capable of keeping pace with its development and of taking initiative.

All newly recruited employees undergo an integration program fully acquainting them with DLM’s activities, organization and strategy. The program comprises a series of induction meetings with department managers and the new recruit’s main in-house contacts, along with visits to the company’s various production sites.
